As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we will file your insurance claim for you. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service. We also accept all PPO plans but are only contracted with Cigna. We are not providers with any HMO dental plans.
Drs. Dixon and Dixon do perform simple extractions. However, for more complicated extractions or patients with complex medical histories, we will refer you to an oral surgeon.
Yes! We offer CareCredit financing at our office.
We do offer second opinions and they are complimentary.
We accept most traditional dental insurance plans, as long as you are not assigned to a specific dental office. We are not a provider for any HMO dental plans. We are a provider for Cigna PPO. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Patients are responsible for their estimate or co-payment at the time of service.
Our free-standing dental office is located at 1620 SE 4th Ave., Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33316. We are just west of US1 and just north of 17th Street, near Broward General Hospital. We have convenient parking directly in front of our office building.
